The Organizational Assessment Module ("OAM") can help your company or organization achieve the following goals:

• Gain an accurate view of your business or nonprofit organization (create a "benchmark")
• Stimulate improvement in employee productivity and satisfaction
• Improve revenues, profits, cash flow and economic performance
• Provide insight into how to develop customer tailored programs to improve your organization's performance and to achieve business excellence.

• Complete the Data Collection section of the SAM.
• Complete the Using Key Business Tools for Analysis section; follows (Data Collection).
